My client is seeking an experienced Head of Networks to lead on global strategy, design, and operations of its enterprise network services. As a member of their Senior Leadership team, you will deliver a unified global networks model, ensuring security, reliability, and constant availability across all business applications and services.

Key Responsibilities – Head of Networks:

• Define and deliver a global network strategy and roadmap aligned with Business standards and needs.
• Lead the design, deployment, and operations of network services across all regions.
• Ensure network security, resilience, and SLA performance across WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and governance for network initiatives.
• Lead and organize multi-national teams across EMEA and AMER including architects, engineers, and operations.
• Support digital branch transformation, remote access, and critical service connectivity.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership (CXO level) and represent network services in global forums.

Essential Experience – Head of Networks:

• Proven experience managing global enterprise network environments.
• Strong leadership of multi-region technical teams.
• Deep expertise in network architecture, security, cloud integration, and SD-WAN.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Relevant Degree/Certifications in networking, engineering, project management or similar.
